I have been writing fewer and shorter posts recently.Are my readers missing anything? I have been doddling more than usual these few days, hoping to come up with a fabulous design for a Trexi Design contest--- if I could make adobe illustrator work for me. I haven't started packing. Everything is piling on my desk. Magazines. Novels. A Step-by-Step Japanese book that I only completed a couple of pages. NZ maps. Jewellery making tool box. Dust and all.
Qi summarised her entire year on her blog with a long passage. Mine would somehow be like hers. Many opportunities brushed by and I failed to capture them. I did blame myself for not performing well and I still do bear a tinge of guilt and regret whenever I think of them. But on a better note, I wouldn't have met people from DFS and architecture if all things went smoothly. My social circle would still revolve around the elitists.
My resolutions for 2007 are to forget all the depressing incidents, start to build up my declining confidence and live a fruitful life in NZ. So long 2006 and 2007 here I come!
