So Angeline-y

I woke up today feeling aimless. Did my usual morning exercise with the new pink exercise ball that mom and i bought. And i hit my head against the cupboard which has been there ever since we moved in.

Next i did some random stuff and decided to go for a swim at 4pm. It has been raining for a while but i went ahead because i thought the rain wasn't that bad. The rain actually got heavier after i took the lift downstairs. I wasn't imagining.

As i got to the swimming complex across the expressway, i was already drenched. But i would be getting wet anyway. No big. I had only swam 4 laps along the pool when the life guard decided to get everyone out of the pool. There wasn't lightning at all i'm sure.

I resigned myself to the fact that the rain wouldn't stop that soon and i left the complex. As i was pondering whether to run in the rain or not, a helpful grandpa handed me this styrofoam board and told me i could use that as an umbrella. So i walked home with a pretty useless styrofoam board over my head.

Along the way, i spotted a huge puddle which i decided to leap across. I ended up with only one flip-flop and a bare foot.

I can't help but chuckle. Today was just so silly Angeline-y. It's funny how small little random stuff make me smile whereas big events that i look forward to end up as disappointments.
