I'm in a rare domestic mood today. I went to grab some ingredients straight after class and came back to bake my french berry yoghurt cake. While i was waiting for it to be ready, i made royal milk tea. Found the recipe online yesterday and it seemed easy enough. And it sure tasted good even though i didn't follow the recipe exactly. Shall make some for the squidwards later while we have the cake. OKie i have to do more anatomy! i have to and i know i can do it! YOSH!
The vets had a 1st year " welcome to vet school officially" party held by my class, the second year. I didn't attend because it was a mainly "drink and get drunk" affair on a THURSDAY NIGHT. That wasn't my kind of fun. I experienced enough at the previous Happy HOUr cum quiz night. And to think that everyone had to fork out 10 dollars( so more than a 1000 dollars in alll!) for them to get the party necessities. That included about 600 dollars or more of booze. I might be a "loser" or might have performed my own "social suicide" and be labelled "uncool" but who cares. really.
I might make this tonight. DUTCH PANCAKE! Welly tomorrow!!!!

We are going to wellington on saturday and staying overnight before indoor nats on sunday!!!!!!!!!! WHEEE!!! Something different but i really got to study hard before that! I'm bad at concentrating... really bad. Aiko pointed out that one of my career choice is being a comedian. Maybe i should just go to clown school. Tomo, Yang, and Aiko did the test too. We all turned out to be different except for the 2 squidwards. They are both stubborn creatures. I knew that long ago. BWAHAHAHHA!

I was so hyperactive and cheery in class today. And i think i learnt lots. Even though it was windy and cold and i only got home after 5pm. SOmetimes i really wonder if i'm too weird to be true.

Sometimes i really wonder if my brain is big enough to grasp so much information at one go. It's only the 3rd day of semester and piles of 'things to do' are already building up rapidly. And before it consumed me, i headed to the gym during break today to power up myself with endorphin. But that left me with more work to complete. So i downloaded podcasts for neurophysiology. Hopefully i get to listen to them and remember some parts of it while i run on the treadmill.

Gosh am i tired today. Twas a long long day. And 8am lesson tomorrow. So i decided to give frisbee a miss. Sorry frisbee. I learnt that i should come up with a false vet persona today to prevent stress from piling up. i made kimchi soup for dinner with lots of veggie in it.
I shall walk to campus now with a nice cup of coffee in my hands. hehehe. Somehow my degree of randomness and excitability died down this year. I should be excited today because i'll be having my 1st live animal practical today with my stethoscope! And i say live animals! LIVE! Hopefully walking to campus will do me good. I need to think of more random things to be excited about.

Class started today and i was late for the 1st period! Gosh! The bus was late and i missed the earlier buses. I'm saving petrol so no driving unless i need to. To make sure that my nose is fine, i visited the doctor today and geez i am sure lucky. He told me i only damaged the soft tissues of my nose for both times it got injured. So nothing to worry about. I felt prissy to actually see the doctor for such a tiny matter.
Big news here! i think i am a psychic after all. A thought popped up in my mind earlier today. It was confirmed as a fact later on--- Sarah and Nick broke up and she's moving out. Why did i entertain such a thought before i knew it happened?! Geez I really wonder... I have to get myself tested some way soon. This news was something unexpected and they were so good together. It would be nice if it was a "happily ever after".

I got hit on the nose again. My eyes were watering. Weird kind of pain. I shall go to the doctor if it swells tomorrow. Poor nosey.
BLEARGH! I managed to finish my assignment today! Decided to drive to campus to leave my gumboots/overall in my locker as well as print out my assignment. My motivation for doing that? Free parking on weekends.
The funny thing was that i met 2 people i know when i spent barely an hour there. Palmy is tiny indeed.
Somehow i'm a little anxious now. I'm not the A student i want myself to be. I think my brain isn't functioning as well this year. Oh well i shall try not to think about it. I have to summon all my energy for the frisbee game tonight. I might have to play in all 3 teams after all.

Transporting sand is no easy task. I truly respect construction workers of any kind. I kept on thinking what if i was buried in a sand heap by mistake while kerry was unloading the sand. Today must be the most tiring day of my life.( as much as i could remember now) I saw my first calf today! She was born yesterday and she has fur as black as charcoal. But a calf died today too. They suspected it was a stillborn.

I got takeaway after work today---seafood rice noodles. That makes me happie because it's not everyday that i could get takeaways. Farm work was good because i got to climb over bars and drive a 4 wheeler.I think i sound like a monkey. But it's also not everyday that i could do stuff like these without worrying about dirtying myself. Everything's good.

it was kinda funny. I couldn't open my car door this morning. The car became a yellow popsicle. So i got out buckets of water and sponge to remove the frost. Yang actually passed me a rice cooker container! He must still be in dreamland.
Squidward was pretty fustrated this morning and he threw stuff on the ground. Nosy me picked them up. And he drove really fast on the 4 wheeler today. I thought i was going to be flung off the bike. So i pretended i was on a horse( or even a bull!). I have to keep my balance to win the game. Squidward should go for meditation class. WOOSA...
I thought it was another hailstorm. Luckily it is just frost. I spilt granulated coffee all over the kitchen table. How dumb.

i found this on facebook. It seems ages ago.
Azusa moved in today. All thanks to the good organisation skills of Miss Tomotoro and her recruit, Yoyo. I Led them through 2 wrong turns before we found Azu's place. My sense of direction was bad today. Not always okie. It must be a funny sight--- 3 cars making U turns at a round-about one after another.
It was freezing cold. Truthfully, I would have turned into an ice popsicle if i remained outside longer. We had fettucine for dinner and Tomotoro's yummy tiramisu and my first better-looking pink cheesecake for dessert. Ooo scrumptious!
hailstorm last night.
This was me after semester 1. I was tired and a little grumpy. I worked so much harder but nothing much was accomplished. That's evident from the grades i got from 2 of my papers today. Just Cs. Nothing more. And to think that i played more and scored better last year.
This will be me this semester. I shall go to the gym during break on certain days instead of heading to the library. No unnecessary stress. I'll do well. i know i will.

Finally I found a family picture of us all! Angie the Plankton is always missing in most pictures!
It's day 8 and i'm still going strong. Farm work allows me to utilise my latent energy and i'm less restless than before. Maybe it's also because i haven't been sleeping much. I Helped to pull out a whole row of fence today. My job was to hook the chain to the stands and direct the tractor to pull them out. Then i had to carry them away. I actually had fun doing it. hehehe.
I'm starting to talk to the cows as i move the herd. Eeks! Cows are funny creatures. They seem to be aware of whatever is happening. No. 67 is terribly stubborn.
By the way Tomotoro, I met the genuine squidward today. You are just a counterfeit make-believe one. INitially, Yang told me you were Sandy the squirrel and he's patrick star. And guess what am i ?! The PLANKTON! The lowest of the low in the food chain! ARGH!
I just realised i haven't been mixing around with females ever since Tomo went to Welly. People at the farms are guys except for one vet who visits once in a while. And it's Yang and me at home. very weird indeed.

I've this sudden urge to eat lots of piping hot Takoyaki. So i headed to ipc after frisbee but to my dismay, the van wasn't there. Must be his rest day. And i even went to the supermarket to get some stuff just to get cash out for my takoyaki. How unlucky?! I was so self conscious during frisbee because i thought i reeked of cow poo. EEKS! I'm really not meant to do smelly stuff.
Was too tired to update yesterday so here's a late post.
Tomotoro went to welly again and it's me and yang once more. We had oyako don yesterday which was a little bit of a failure but still tasted alright. Somehow i reckon i'm more of a hindrance than help at the farm. Hopefully i get to be more useful as i get familiar with the farming system. Today is not rainy but frosty. I thought i was going to lose my hands to frost bite.hehe. This break seems to be busier than a regular school term. I have to complete a report and an assignment--- both on dairy farming--- as well as get up at 630am every morning. And i don't sleep early every night. Soon i'll be a panda. YOSH! Very soon.
Heading to Hokowhitu for frisbee soon. Cya!
p.s. I had macdonald's yesterday! Haven't had it for ages. Maybe ever since last october. mcdonald's is a happie food.
