Guess what?! I finished my assignment. Just returned from the clinic and was lucky that it wasn't raining! YAY! I have been riding in the rain recently! I haven't seen Miss AMy Grundy for a while so I texted her today. She's back!!!! Asked if she would like to make kimbap with me. I have most of the ingredients for making sushi but haven't gotten about making them. As you already know, I hate cooking for just myself. I don't eat that much. Hope our kimbap turns out well~ Kimbap is just like sushi but with cooked ingredients. We could make Hayashi stew ( thanks momo!) when Ann's back!
Got to start on my parasitology revision soon. SOmehow I'm not really looking forward to it...
